The Best Western Plus GranTree Inn offers over 10,000 square feet of flexible space, all customizable to our guests' needs—making us popular for Bozeman events year-round. Events are welcome to our inventory of tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, skirting, flatware, glassware, and silverware. If you want to hire our professional event team, we'll take care of setup, breakdown, room reconfiguration, and audio-visual equipment sourcing.
We offer everything from smaller spaces suitable for 20-80 guests to our Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 344.

Hyalite
The Hyalite Room is one of the rooms of the Grand Ballroom. The current set is Crescents of 6 with 48 seats.
The Hyalite room can hold 12 - 60 inch round tables (max of 8 guests) with a beverage station and a podium.
30 Inch Classroom
Clark
The Clark Room is one of the rooms within the Grand Ballroom. The current set is Theater Style at 48 guests, featuring a stage, podium, screen and projector, along with a water station.
Theater Style

The Lewis Room is one of the rooms within the Grand Ballroom and is set with rounds of 8 for a total of 32 guests. The setup includes a stage and podium, making it well suited for presentations, speeches, and small group events that require a clear focal point.

The Tamarack Room is one of the rooms within the Small Ballroom and is well suited for focused meetings and small group discussions. The current setup features conference-style seating for 16 guests, along with an 86-inch TV with HDMI connectivity.
A beverage station is included in the room, making it ideal for longer meetings that require comfort and convenience without interruptions.
Theatre Style

The Aspen Room is one of the rooms within the Small Ballroom and is well suited for collaborative meetings and presentations. The current setup is U-Shape seating for 36 guests, designed to encourage discussion and engagement. The room is equipped with an 86-inch TV with HDMI connectivity, making it ideal for presentations, workshops, and strategy sessions that require both visibility and interaction.

U-Shape

The Tamarack Room is one of the rooms of the Small Ballroom. The current set is U-Shape with 14 seats and an 86 inch TV with HDMI capabilities.
The max set in the Tamarack for a U-Shape is 24 people.
Holiday Party
